Practical Self Defense This class focuses on only techniques that will work whether you're a small person or a large person. We cover a broad spectrum of topics including basic strikes, basic blocks, weapons you always have with you, escape routes, etc... Womens Self Defense This class is for women only, ages 13 and up. We recommend mothers and daughters take this class together. We will focus on pin escapes, pressure points, weapons, strikes, etc... Our special self defense classes above run once a month on Saturdays and have limited enrollment. Please fill out our form for the class you are interested in.
