The advanced Chung Do Kwan class is very similar to the beginner class in its format. The main difference is the intensity with which we do everything. All parts of this class will be challenging. The work-outs are much harder, the techniques more complicated, and mistakes are less-tolerated. As an advanced student, more is expected from you. But don't worry, these classes are still very fun. There are many new and exciting things to learn in Chung Do Advanced. If you are already an advanced student in martial arts, even if your training is in another style, this is the class for you!
